With a view to constantly improving the way we meet visitors’ expectations and providing an improved service to socio-professional partners, local authorities and the community, many Tourist Offices have implemented an in-house quality procedure.

To obtain the QUALITY IN TOURISM label, service providers must successfully follow a quality procedure befitting the requirements necessary for your satisfaction. As a guarantee of trustworthiness, the services provided are subject to regular independent spot checks.

This label therefore recognises the procedures of continual improvement in the quality of the services implemented in a Tourist Office. An audit is performed every 3 years.

Having obtained the QUALITY IN TOURISM label in February 2015, the Tourist Office of the Pays de Forbach pledges to provide:

  • a personal welcome;
  • clear, precise, and reliable
  • competent staff who listen to you;
  • comfortable premises;
  • respect for your opinions and a procedure for handling your complaints;
  • continual improvements to the design and delivery of services.
